DMCA Compliance & Takedown Policy

Vuno TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, or "DMCA"). It is our strict policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the statutory procedures established under the DMCA.

Formal notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be submitted in writing to our designated DMCA Agent:

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., exact URLs).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that your access was disabled or material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court.

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Vuno TV has adopted and reasonably implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers of copyright. Vuno TV reserves the right to terminate any service immediately without refund upon receipt of repeated confirmed infringement claims.
